The combination of their strengths was successful and the firm began to grow. The Firm continues to balance its strengths in litigation and real estate. The litigation department now handles complex litigation and construction defects litigation; personal injury, workers’ compensation and wrongful death; homeowner association representation, and domestic relations matters. The real estate department now handles commercial and residential real estate closings; time share development, closings and foreclosures; and estate planning and estate administration matters.
